Tesco Online is the biggest Online grocer in the UK and one of the largest in the world. Our Fulfilment Operation is fundamental to supporting the success of Online, and a significant lever in achieving our profitability objectives. This role is passionate about the overall development of our Grocery Home Shopping operation. As a Project Manager we translate strategy into action, implementing plans thoughtfully and working collaboratively and cross functionally with multiple collaborators. We typically lead multiple projects and try to be a subject matter expert.You will be responsible forEnsuring clear Project definition and scope from the beginning, ensuring the project always remains on track and in scope.Prioritising and engaging with relevant subject matter experts, leading and motivating them to contribute to Project delivery.Managing risk and issues, setting up and leading a clear governance programme.Handling interdependencies and any potential challenges, working with others to deliver the project objectives/scope and for the good of customers, colleagues & planet.Crafting a clear implementation programme, working with the people and communications teams as required.Supervising progress of delivery and updating collaborators including business leaders on the results.

E2E Project Management experience including management of a complex network of stakeholdersBudget management and commercial acumen - An inquisitive outlook and growth mindset
Experience
Experience sizing business opportunities and creating business cases - Project Management or CI Qualification e.g. Six Sigma, APM
