Role ResponsibilityIn the role of Production Manager you will be responsible for:Ensuring safe and efficient operations by managing self, employees and contractors to exceed TBP standards in safety, health, environment, quality, engagement, development, customer service, production and costEnsure close liaison, understanding and team working between factory operatives and all other departments to achieve performance targets and production schedulesTo provide strong leadership in your area of responsibility and ensure deadlines are metTake leadership in identifying and implementing initiatives that provide Continuous Improvement and Best PracticeAssisting the Senior Production Manager in implementing and sustaining Continuous Improvement & Best practiceAssisting in operating the items of plant & equipment, providing cover where necessary, to maintain continuity of the operational activities
