You will also be responsible for:Looking after areas of the plant, developing and coaching the production teamDiagnosing and repairing plant issuesSupervising contractorsContributing towards and delivering projects and shutdownsLeading cross functional meetingsEnsuring safe operations and all plant and business objectives are delivered
Responsibilities & skills
Demonstrate ability to prioritise decisions and propose actionsBe able to show good report writing skills concisely
Education
Proven record of working effectively within a teamIT Literate, particularly SAP and Microsoft applicationsStrong problem solving and trouble shooting skillsAn ability to demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills
