Our Fulfilment Operation is fundamental to supporting the success of Online, and the greatest lever in achieving our profitability objectives. This role is focused on the overall development of our Grocery Home Shopping operation. As an Operations Development Manager you will translate strategy into action, implementing plans brilliantly and working collaboratively and cross functionally with multiple collaborators. You will typically lead multiple projects, people and/ or be a subject matter expert. Strategy formulation, business development, corporate development - Experience sizing business opportunities and creating business cases
Education
E2E Project Management experience including management of a complex network of stakeholdersBudget management and commercial acumen - An inquisitive outlook and growth mindsetRecord of effective joint business planning and delivery of cross-functional initiatives from concept to trial and rollout
