We are currently looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator in our Early Careers division to join the team at our Head Offices in Abergavenny. We are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.Role ResponsibilityReporting to the Learning & Development Manager, the Learning & Development Coordinator will help deliver the Learning & Development strategy by creating, leading and launching the Early In Career Programme of Work Experience, Student, Graduate and Apprenticeship opportunities across the business. This will be done by identification and analysis of training needs, the design, build and delivery of competency based training courses and developing strong relationships with the educational institutions to ensure all delegates fulfil their student and job role requirements.
