You will be joining the Finance team working for our largest UK public sector client, learning from our inspiring experts, and joining a large community of Graduates and Apprentices across the business to share experiences and connect with to support you.As a member of the finance team, you will need excellent numerical skills, strong analytical skills, and an ability to communicate well, both written and verbally, with finance and non-finance colleagues. You will rotate throughout the key pillars of the finance team to gain insight into all aspects of how finance drive and deliver business value.This is a hybrid working role, you should expect to be in our Telford office 3 days a week. Your role Support the monthly reporting cycles, including monthly actuals, rolling forecast, budget setting, performance monitoring, and balance sheet reconciliationsWork closely will delivery partners, supporting and challenging them where necessaryHelp to manage day-to-day deliverables within the Operational Finance teamInterpret financial variances and KPIs, identifying key cost drivers and opportunities to drive out cost savings and margin improvement across the account to drive performanceUnderstand business risk factors and materiality to identify and address potential risks & issues affecting business performanceDesign, implement and produce ad hoc reports and analysis to support the business to enable decision-makingComplete timetabled financial submissions to strict deadlines, including balance sheet reconciliations, resourcing/headcount profiles Why choose an apprenticeship with Capgemini?
