This key role will have responsibility for delivering a comprehensive, commercially focused HR service for one of our largest Cement Plants in the UK and you are likely to be working on site at least 4 days per week. You will also provide HR support to Supply Chain and Logistics within the Midlands and need to attend meetings off site so an element of travel across the UK will sometimes be required.This broad HR Manager role is an opportunity for you to partner with some key business stakeholders and work on a wide range of activities such as change initiatives, talent attraction and development, inclusion and diversity, employee engagement and business improvement initiatives.If you are based in Buxton, Leek, Macclesfield, Stockport, Sheffield, Mansfield, Chesterfield or the surrounding areas then this could be the ideal role for you.
Responsibilities + Skills
Good working and practical understanding of employment law and how to deal with employee relations casesProven track record of supporting business changes such as reorganisations and TUPE transfersStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and develop strong relationships internally and externallyExcellent written and verbal communication skills
