In this role, you will provide IT consultancy expertise that will transform how our clients conduct their day-to-day business.Your RoleYou will:Support live systems and applicationsSupport Capgemini’s clients with answering queries, resolving issues and incidents in accordance with agreed SLAs and providing best practice where requiredYou may also be expected to work on requests for changes and enhancements - always seeking to exceed client expectations
