Job Description
As Global Process Expert you’ll collaborate with Leaders across Supply Sites and Global Supply Chain to agree priorities aligned with the Global Supply Network Planning strategy. In addition to driving Planning Excellence, you will also facilitate improvement delivery working across a portfolio covering initiatives on Master Data, Planning and Supply Chain processes, Analytics and key enabling Supply Chain Systems. You will be a key driver in process standardization and uplifting process capability across the Supply Chain network, enabling and improving Global Supply Planning processes. You will be aligned to a specific region in order to build / maintain a strong relationship with the site planning teams as well as the regional leadership team. You will act as the representative of Network Planning in the region, while at the same time ensuring that the voice of the region is heard and that global planning initiatives take the region’s interest into consideration. You’ll join a dynamic, high caliber environment with the chance to develop and tap into a network of diverse professionals based around the globe i.e. a highly international environment. Education
Experience
Experience in supply planning, with knowledge of, the pharmaceutical industry including experience in at least two of the following areas: manufacturing management, supply chain management, logistics and distribution or purchasing, i.e. wider supply chain awareness is a benefit.Educated to degree level in either Economics, Supply Chain or Information Systems
