Job Description
We are recruiting for a Facilities Manager to work on a military base in North West London as part of a new Defence contract covering the South of England.The Facilities Manager will understand how to deliver a seamless customer service while managing our M&E, plumbing and AC service streams to ensure an effective operational delivery. You would be responsible for managing subcontractor performance, site compliancewhile being pivotal in developing an excellent client relationship. The successful candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills and have previously worked on a facilities or service-driven contract. An ideal candidate will have an interest in supporting an MOD contract.The successful candidate will have:Experience of managing a large siteAn understanding of Facilities ManagementExperience of delivering against KPIs and working with SLAsIOSH Certified or similarExcellent partnering, collaborative working, engagement, influencing and communication skills
