In this journey AZ must continue to work across borders and with partners and new colleagues in a fast and seamless way. The Enterprise Demand Excellence program (EDE) is looking to address the bold growth ambition by enhancing the demand and forecasting processes, including fit for future people capabilities and operating model supported by a new demand planning system with augmented capabilities, leveraging the digitalisation journey AZ has undertaken. This is a cross-SET program where Operations, IT, Finance and Commercial will collaborate to develop the enhanced and agile ways of working with great data quality and increased visibility of the customer demand leading to simplification, standardisation and efficiency gains to the benefit of our employees, customers and patients.
