You will be responsible for planning and developing courses of action that initiate and achieve substantial strategic changes or developments, exercising broad autonomy and judgement. The Divisional Director role requires someone that initiates and leads complex tasks and processes, taking responsibility and being accountable for the work and roles of others.Key Responsibilities Include:· Leader and responsible for the global performance of a Building Solutions Region/Business Unit.· Responsible for developing and executing the Region/Business Unit Strategy and Business Plan within the framework of the VINCI Facilities overall Strategies and Business Plan. Working collaboratively with fellow Directors to maximise the full capabilities of the Building Solutions business line.· With the Head of Health, Safety, Environment and Wellbeing establish and execute the Region/Business Unit strategy to deliver excellent performance on a sustainable basis· Overall responsibility for the financial and commercial performance of the Region/Business Unit· With the Bid Director, and in collaboration with the other Building Solutions Divisional Director, establish and execute the Winning Work Strategy that delivers a steady sustainable profitable workload.
