We are seeking a talented and motivated eCommerce Development Manager to join our eCommerce Portfolio team which manages all Asda 3rd party website relationships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for eCommerce platform selling, an understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, and a desire to create exceptional web experiences. You will be heavily involved in the evolution of our portfolio strategy, managing tender processes and also responsible for managing the design, implementation and modification of 3rd party websites, according to customer expectations.What you'll be responsible for:Support the delivery of the eCommerce portfolio strategy across white label websites, drop ship vendor and scope future initiatives such as marketplace and any other evolving market tech trendsManage a portfolio of 3rd party websites, ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and responsiveness.Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to translate design concepts into fully functional websites.Stay updated on emerging eCommerce development trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and stay current with industry standards.Manage website testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless user experiences.Work closely with the web design team to implement visual and interactive elements.
