ABOUT THIS ROLEParexel are currently recruiting for an experienced Local/Country focused Study Operations Manager I.In this role, the Country Study Operations Manager I will be responsible for study and country level activities from start up through conduct and study close. The Country Study Operations Manager I has responsibility for study management aspects of assigned studies, including vendor and budget management.This will be a fully remote home-based position.Some specifics about this advertised roleRegional/Country/Study level implementation of Start up and Site Activation PlansResponsible for country/study level Recruitment StrategyResponsible to support the development of study level plansCommunication with the local team and internal stakeholders and CRO partner as applicable and as listed above to ensure efficient and timely study delivery of the agreed plans
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical trial management experience.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Able to multi-task under limited direction and on own initiative.M.S/M.A/Ph.D or B.A/B.S/nursing degree is essential.
