Here at Tarmac, we are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds, therefore prior technical experience isn’t always necessary for success.Role ResponsibilityIn the role of Control Room Operator - Burner you will be responsible for:Coordinate, monitor and to carry out raw milling, coal/petcoke milling, cement milling, kiln burning, cement despatch, and laboratory duties required for the production of cement material.Meeting the customer's, quality, environmental output requirements in a safe and cost effective manner.Plant operations are 365 days, 24/7 and the role requires flexibility to ensure effective running of the plant. This involves night working, weekend and Bank holidays and being on call if necessary.
