Job Description
Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and other HCM modules.Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with clients to understand their business processes and needs. Configure/support configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client-specific requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing expert guidance and support. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the functionalities and best practices of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud applications, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Collaborate with the sales team to support new business opportunities and develop tailored HCM Cloud solutions for prospective clients.Participate in pre-sales activities, including client presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development. Assist in the creation of bid responses, solution proposals, and other sales collateral.
