Axial Design Authority And Change Control Governance Lead
Job description
The Axial Design Authority and Change Control Governance Lead will work directly with Programme Leaders and Functional Leads to govern the process of making key design decisions (KDDs) and reviewing change requests (CRs) in line with the evolving requirements of the Programme, and enduring success. The Change Control Lead will be responsible for working across multiple workstreams to facilitate the journey of the KDD and CR, supported by a tailored strategy, process, governance terms of reference, and tools to track progress and outcomes. Accountabilities:The Change Control Lead will report operationally into the Axial PMO Lead to drive operational efficiencies through an approach that is data driven, has attention to detail and has structured controls in place for ensuring the quorum of decision makers can make timely decisions. The Change Control Lead will own two major programme governance meetings; the Programme Design Authority (DA) and Change Approval Board (CAB), where you will have common accountabilities listed in the next section.
Responsibilities & skills
Capable of working in a direct and matrix organization, driving collaboration across businesses and IT functionsComfortable with ambiguity and possessing an agile and open attitudeAble to manage large work efforts and coordinate distributed teams
Education
Technical writing experience within complex or specialised subjects, notably within the pharmaceutical industryProcess documentation experienceExperience of working in sophisticated transformation projects or programmesEvidence of operating in an impactful team
