In this role, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the plant, ensuring everything operates safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards. You’ll lead a team, manage budgets, and make sure our customers receive the high-quality products and service they expect. What you’ll be doingYou’ll play a key role in managing all aspects of plant operations. This includes:Overseeing safe operation and maintenance of plant and equipmentDriving a strong safety culture through toolbox talks and risk assessments, implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safe Systems of WorkManaging stock control, operational reporting, and budget performanceCoaching and developing a high-performing teamSupporting commercial teams to deliver excellent customer serviceLeading continuous improvement initiatives and change projects
