the roleThis role will be responsible for delivering an effective end-to-end Apprenticeship programme to build a future talent pipeline within Tesco Property Maintenance.You will be responsible forFollowing our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities:Manage the apprenticeship framework, aligned to our present and future business needsProviding guidelines on apprenticeship standards, routes, and providersUnderstanding and communicating the due diligence protocol for apprenticeship programme providersLiaising with the Tesco Apprenticeship team and third-party suppliers to always ensure contract and process complianceKeeping informed on all legislation and standard changes that may impact our processes or programmesScheduling and delivering annual apprentice campaigns, assessment centres and quality Inclusive and diverse intakesEnsuring apprenticeship pathways are linked to professional registrationCreating a network of mentors and coaches to support apprentices through their programmeResearching and sustaining accreditations and award recognition for apprenticeship programmesSeek opportunities to improve diversity and inclusion within the apprentice recruitmentDegree educated (or equivalent desired)Apprenticeship & graduate programme framework management
