You are considered the backbone of the team with growing leadership skills, and are relied upon to get the job done. You have a strong understanding of agency capabilities and are able to comfortably sell in new work to clients.You should be a proactive problem-solver able to collaborate with teammates to identify and implement efficient strategies.
