Obtain all regulations of relevance to the activities of PSRA in the region, communicate and make them availableAssist in the resolution of all issues of regulatory interpretation for PSRA in the region and ensure uniformity of interpretation. Assume the role of spokesperson for PSRA in the region on interpretational issuesAdvise senior Management (PSRA, R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing) on future regulations and regulatory trends that could impact the businessCoordination of impact analysis searches for regulatory changesMaintain a thorough knowledge of HAT products, chemistries and processes and future product development plans and the Federal, State, country, regional and / or local regulations of relevance to themResponsible for monitoring and responding to customer requests in line with KPIConduct/Assist the training of regulatory topics to team/stakeholders/customerRepresent Henkel at trade associations, external workshops and conferences
