Details of the role and how it fits into the teamWithin Deutsche Bank’s Risk division, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) 's mission is to shape the Bank’s strategy and risk management at enterprise level, unconstrained by risk types and geographies, together with ERM's partners across Risk and the Bank.The Risk Appetite and Strategy team within ERM establishes the enterprise-level risk appetite framework, which involves setting, allocating and monitoring risk appetite to optimise risk and return.As a team member in Berlin, you will play a key role in implementing and further enhancing the risk appetite framework. The role involves working closely with colleagues across the globe, particularly Germany, the UK and the US. The team is heavily integrated within the various activities carried out by ERM as a whole (e.g., stress testing, portfolio management), works with all global business divisions and Risk functions as well as some of the key strategic functions performed by Finance (for example, Planning and Performance Management).
