Task description:Research and publication activities in subject areas of the subject (e.g. institutions, organizations and practices of higher education in the context of diversity (from an intersectional perspective), of internationalization, of digitality and digitization, e.g. through the use of AI-controlled tools, or of datafication, . ..)Assistance in raising third-party funds and collaboration in science communication in the above-mentioned subject areaTeaching and examination activities within the framework of the modules offered at the Institute for Educational Science (teaching obligation currently 4 SWS)Work on your own qualification (Habilitation)
Responsibilities + Skills
Successful doctorate in one of the subjects of educational science, sociology, political science or a related subject with a research focus in the field of higher education/researchVery good knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative social researchIdeas for a postdoc project in the above subject
