For these new opportunities and challenges in the world of logistics, Airbus Logistik GmbH in Hamburg is now looking for motivated employees for the position of logistics controller (D/M/W) in customer support for a limited period of two years for our location in Finkenwerder. Your activities include:Main contact person for the Airbus departments for logistics problems & incidents (Purchasing, QS, FAL HH, TLS, USA, China)daily work in the Service Now Tool - problem & cause analysisForecast Analyse - LWOE (Logistik Work Order Enablement)Participation in the customer SQCDPEvaluation and further development of KPIsEnd-to-end prioritization & implementation responsibility for customer requirements and escalationsRecording & clustering from the root cause analysis of customer complaints with subsequent monitoring
Responsibilities & skills
Very good knowledge of the German language, both spoken and writtenBasic knowledge of English
Education
Recognizing and responding to problems and weak points in a timely mannerIT knowledge in the area of materials management systems, WMS, SAP, MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheet, Google TablesCustomer awareness
