Responsibilities & skills
Education
Knowledge and experience in biochemistry.Knowledge of laboratory tools, instruments and equipment, their hazards and how to use them safely.Knowledge of health and safety rules and regulations, as well as relevant University policies and procedures relating to the operation of a laboratory and the use of equipment.Knowledge of computers and data acquisition methods.
Experience
College diploma in natural or applied sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.At least three (3) years of experience providing technical support and advice in a teaching or research laboratory.
