Responsibilities:l Carries out the various management activities within its radius;l Defines objectives and clearly communicates his expectations to his work team while providing them with the feedback necessary for continuous improvement and supervising them in order to produce the set results;l Respects the standards and image of the banner;l Ensures the implementation of exceptional customer service;l Ensures the management of purchases, inventories, price lists, marketing, salary productivity according to established standards in order to ensure business readinessl Manages policies and procedures, respects government hygiene standards as well as occupational health and safety standards and ensures that they are applied and respected uniformly by all employees in their department;l Trains and motivates your team members;l Creates a climate promoting trust and communication within the team;l Manages loss prevention (waste, theft, inventory loss, breakage);l Applies and respects the budgets relating to its department;Required requirements:l You have a high school diploma; a college diploma would be an asset;l You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail store or in the relevant department;l Your management experience represents a valuable asset;l Customer service is your priority;l You know how to promote communication and team spirit;l You have great technical skills and abilities in the appropriate department;l Your personality is distinguished by your dynamism, your innovative spirit and your leadership.Job Type: Full TimeSalary: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour
