Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, you'll be responsible for fostering innovation, collaboration, and community engagement to ensure the success of every event.KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESEvent Planning and Execution:Design and coordinate a range of events, from in-house gatherings to third-party functions.Utilize your critical thinking skills and resilience to overcome challenges and adapt to changing circumstances.Drive innovation and creativity in event concepts and design, using digital tools for enhanced engagement.Build new rental client base to promote revenue growth.

Bachelors degree in business administration, event management, travel and tourism, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years' experience in event coordination or a similar role.Proven ability to coordinate events of varying scales and complexities.Calm under pressure.Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and detail oriented.

Manage event budgets, invoicing, logistics, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and profitability.Ensure that resources are used effectively to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients and guests.
