Job Description :Train housekeepers on cleaning activitiesOversee staff on a daily basis and briefing the staff for daily tasksCheck apartments and common areas, including staircase and lounge areas, for cleanlinessSchedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absenceEstablish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standardsMotivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the jobRespond to customer complaints and special requestsMonitor and replenish cleaning products stockParticipate in large cleaning projects as requiredEnsure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
Responsibilities & skills
Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and productsExcellent organizational and team management skills
Education
Work experience in a similar role especially in Hotel Industry (GCC Experience will be an added advantage)
