Haji Hassan group is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead our properties maintenance team and oversee diverse property projects.Key Responsibilities:* Lead & Coordinate: Oversee daily maintenance activities including masonry, joinery, finishing, and full renovation works.* Planning & Scheduling: Organize daily tasks for foremen and teams, ensuring effective utilization of labor, machinery, and materials.* Quality & Progress: Monitor all works against specifications to ensure high-quality execution and timely completion of projects.* Safety & Reporting: Conduct daily health and safety toolboxes, manage site documentation (SRs, MRNs), and report progress to the Sr. Supervisor.Qualifications & Skills:* High School Diploma or equivalent.* 5+ years of experience in maintenance or site supervision.* General technical knowledge in Civil and MEP.* Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills (English knowledge required).Location: BahrainInterested candidates can send their CV to:Hiring@hajihassan.comKindly mention the email subject as: "Maintenance Site Supervisor "Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
