Job Description
· Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the shear line equipment.· Notify the maintenance team of any major mechanical issues or breakdowns.· Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.· Ensure the work area is clean and free of hazards.· Collaborate with other operators and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.· Maintain records of daily production, downtime, and any equipment issues.· Provide feedback to supervisors on process improvements for efficiency and quality.Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
Responsibilities + Skills
Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
Education
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting plans.
