Job Description

· Familiarity with steel bar specifications and reinforcement processing is preferred.Roles & Responsibilities:· Operate the shear line machine to cut steel bars according to production plans and client specifications.· Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation.· Check the accuracy of cuts and measurements to meet quality standards.· Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in materials or equipment.· Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the shear line equipment.· Notify the maintenance team of any major mechanical issues or breakdowns.· Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.· Ensure the work area is clean and free of hazards.· Collaborate with other operators and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.
