Responsibilities:Among your responsibilities will be to oversee our holiday homes' daily operations and see to it that they are kept in good condition and ready for visitors. Plan the check-ins and check-outs of guests, responding quickly to any questions or concerns. Work together with the maintenance and housekeeping crews to keep the properties in good shape. Manage bookings, manage reservations, and raise occupancy rates. Keep up a high standard of customer service by resolving any difficulties and providing a happy experience. To draw potential visitors, keep an eye on and manage property listings across a variety of channels.
