The organisation is currently seeking highly skilled Workday HCM Functional Consultants (SMEs) to join their dynamic team to contribute to a global HCM transformation.The successful candidates should have strong experience implementing and configuring Workday HCM with a specific essential focus on the following modules:Recruitment & OnboardingMovements & OffboardingYour new roleLead and manage the implementation and configuration of Workday HCM modules, specifically Recruitment, Onboarding, Movements, and Offboarding.Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders, ensuring best practices and compliance with organisational policies.Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the smooth operation of Workday HCM modules.  What you'll need to succeedProven experience as a Workday HCM Functional Consultant/SME, with a strong focus on Recruitment, Onboarding, Movements, and Offboarding modules. Certification in these modules is highly regarded.In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM configuration, business processes, and reporting.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Workday certification in relevant modules is highly desirable.
