Job Description
Designs, implements, tests, and maintains software systems and features; collaborates with crossfunctional teams to deliver reliable, maintainable products.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver software features across the stack following agreed architecture and coding standards.Write clean, welltested code (unit/integration/e2e) and participate in code reviews.Debug, profile, and resolve production issues; own tickets through to resolution.Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and deployment processes.Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other engineers to define requirements and acceptance criteria.Contribute to system design, documentation, and technical decision making.Apply best practices for security, performance, scalability, and observability.Maintain and improve existing codebases, refactor as needed, and reduce technical debt.Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge through documentation and pairing.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.2+ years professional software development experience (adjustable by level).Proficiency in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript).Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), APIs (REST/GraphQL), and version control (Git).Familiarity with testing frameworks and CI/CD tooling.Good debugging, problemsolving, and communication skills.
