You will be working as part of a team, alongside a highly experienced consultant who has been a specialist in this sector for over 10 years.About your roleAs a Recruitment Consultant in the Early Years division, you will be responsible for running a 360 degree recruitment desk focusing on the recruitment of educators, teachers and management roles within the childcare sector. You will take pride in moving employers through the complete hiring process from initial client acquisition to placement and aftercare demonstrating your knowledge, skill and care throughout.
