It’s a great opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst or Relationship Manager with lending experience to step into product management and grow their career in a dynamic, strategic environment.Reporting to the Portfolio Owner, you’ll use your understanding of customer needs and pain points to support strategic business objectives and improve our lending products. You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Distribution, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to deliver product initiatives, support day-to-day operations, manage risk, and maintain compliance. You’ll help analyse customer feedback and data to identify opportunities, action rate changes, contribute to reviews and meetings, and ensure accurate product materials across all channels.
