We're seeking a highly capable PMO Lead to support a major transformation initiative within the Westpac Group. This role provides strategic oversight and governance across the program, ensuring delivery aligns with investment plans, schedules, and the Group’s strategic intent. You’ll work closely with the Program Director to manage reporting, governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement—driving operational excellence and transparency across all workstreams.As a key member of the Program Enablement & PMO team , you’ll help drive the successful delivery of the UNITE program by embedding strong governance, structured support, and consistent standards. The team plays a pivotal role in aligning delivery to strategic priorities—enabling faster decisions, early risk identification, and seamless collaboration across business, technology, and delivery streams.This role will play a crucial part of the UNITE team.
