As a Personal Banker, you will work directly with customers to deliver exceptional service, build trusted relationships and support their financial needs. Youll engage with customers in branch, help them achieve their financial goals and provide tailored banking solutions across a range of products and services. The role combines customer service, relationship management and basic sales, with a strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering positive outcomes.
