Job SummaryAs the Data Analytics Senior Lead, you are a key contributor to the design, implementation and delivery of strategic data programs that leverage insights and advanced analytics to drive improved service performance, business insights and customer experience. You act as a catalyst by effectively translating business needs into analytical solutions and actions while building the analytical capability necessary to achieve outcomes.Job DescriptionPerformance & Reporting LeadYou will be a key member of the Insights & Performance leadership team you’ll be responsible for ensuring that Belongs performance and results are measured across defined metrics, are socialised and understood across the entire organisation and exist within a suite of self serve reports for users to access. Working closely with other areas across Belong you’ll ensure that timely and relevant measures of success are defined to drive Belongs strategic objectives.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Highly experienced in working with large and complex datasets with strongly developed data skills primarily Excel, SQL and PowerBI (DAX) with Python, R and others advantageous
Experience
Prior experience in managing a team, including defining priorities, managing team output and messaging and stakeholder expectationsA minimum of 7+ years within a Reporting, Performance, Insights or related function at a large B2C organisation
