Your RoleAs an Operational Risk Lead, you’ll be part of the operational risk team responsible for driving efficient and effective management of operational risk in the Retail Insurance Australian Division (RIA). You’ll assign, oversee and undertake risk identification management, mitigation and reporting alongside business owners aligned to the IAG Risk Management Strategy, Risk Management Framework and Risk Appetite.This role is a visible advocate for driving risk maturity uplift and improvement in operational risk culture across RIA, so the ability to engage broadly and communicate effectively, is critical to the success of the role.

Education
Proven success in leading, mentoring and developing people in a teamExtensive knowledge and experience in Risk Management with strong business acumenDemonstrated experience in General Insurance or Financial Services industry and exposure to risk management or compliance role.
