About the role:A leading NSW state government organisation is seeking a dedicated Program Officer to join their team to support a large-scale initiative looking to support the organisation's resilience across multiple technology domains. The Program Officer will be responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and monitoring of various projects within the organisation. This role involves coordinating with different departments, presenting information, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the management of a wide portfolio of large-scale programs, particularly within government environments and large organisations.Support the Resilience Program by addressing gaps and areas for improvement in systems impacting resilience.Gather forecasts from various work streams and report them to the finance team.Conduct investigations into financial forecasts.Perform financial numeracy and reporting tasks.Develop and maintain schedules for various projects.Create advanced reports and presentations.Q
