Key responsibilities include:Facilitate and deliver aviation technical training during Initial Employment Training (IET) and Post-Initial Employment TrainingSupervise Australian Defence Force personnel within a Simulated Working EnvironmentProvide specialist aviation technical skills, knowledge, and professional advice to support training outcomesDesign, develop, and implement training solutions and documentation that meet stakeholder and operational requirementsEnsure training outputs align with requirements for:
