Job Description
Ensure timely, cost-effective, efficient production and demand planning that takes into account sales requirements and ingredient scheduling.Create and issue work orders for the production team that optimises production efficiencies and prepare forecasts to assist procurement teams with timely placement of orders.Monitor inventory levels, create production work orders and monitor lead times in order to ensure customer orders are fulfilled within tight timeframes.

Education
Great communication, both written and verbal.Resilience in a fast-paced and continually changing environment.
Experience
Proven experience in production and demand planning.Experience in a food manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
