Operating state-of-the-artfacilities and delivering tailored solutions to clients nationwide, they offera collaborative environment where you can contribute to projects that make atangible impact.Your new roleYour new role as a Customer ServiceRepresentative you will join a fantastic team responsible for duties notlimited to: Handle incoming phone calls confidently and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service.Process and manage key customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain and oversee customer accounts, including updates and issue resolution.Perform general administrative tasks to support daily operations.Complete data entry tasks and ensure proper filing and organisation of documents.Set up new product items in the system and create detailed job specifications.Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure availability and accuracy.Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records.Prepare and provide quotes and estimates for customers as required.Act as a backup for the Purchasing Officer, assisting with procurement tasks when needed.Undertake other duties as directed to support the team and business objectives.
