Job DescriptionThe Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering at the College of Computing and Artificial Intelligence at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) invites applications for several Teaching Assistant positions. Successful candidates will be supported in pursuing their graduate studies (Master and Doctor of Philosophy degrees) at internationally recognized universities abroad. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in pursuing an academic career and a commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and community service. Applicants are required to submit a detailed curriculum vitae including: • A brief statement outlining their vision for teaching at UAEU. • A summary of their research interests and future academic goals.Minimum QualificationApplicants must: • Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from a recognized and reputable university. • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3/4.0 (or equivalent). • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and adequate English proficiency with a minimum score of 6.0 in IELTS (Academic).

Perform procedures within the lab, operate and maintain al equipment necessary to carry out these procedures.Perform a variety of metabolic tests using standard techniques and equipment; perform related duties in the laboratory to include specimen handling, using manual and automatic equipment to test specimens.Supervise and assign lab staff to various benches and tasks.Calibrate and maintain instrumentation according to standard operating procedure.Perform procedures within the laboratory in accordance with protocol and licensing regulations.Recognize the need for additional procedures and performs tests as required.Identify technical problems or unusual test results and take appropriate corrective action.
