With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Mixologist to join the F&B team at The One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships, where you will be working on behalf of our Guests and with other Colleagues.
Responsibilities & skills
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follows:
Education
Knowledge of mixing and matching ingredients to offer an outstanding selection of creative cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, spirits, beers and wines and be able to garnish all drinks.
