descriptionResponsibilitiesManage the smooth operations of the Kids Club effectively on a day-to-day basis to achieve the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction. This includes covering the Little Nomads reception area when required and supervising the team in the absence of the Kids Club Manager.Handles guest complaints and follows correct reporting procedures, and follows up with the guest satisfaction.Create new, unique and interesting activity programs that draw upon the best cultural, sporting or other offerings of the area in which the hotel is located. Help make the kids club offering a point of competitive advantage for the hotel. Ensure outsourced service provides maintenance standards.Have a complete knowledge of the products and services offered by the hotel, and particularly all the Kids Club activities and experiences in the hotel.
Responsibilities & skills
Must possess strong skills for communication towards colleagues and guests.Must be flexible and have a good sense of humour.Must be a strong communicator with ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
Education
Experience
Must have at least 2 years experience in working with children in a similar role in an international 5-star luxury hotel or resort.Must be fluent in English both written and verbal, fluency in other languages will be an advantage.
