Job Description:Identification of opportunities and risks for Eco-Efficiency;Encourage research and development;Manages, coordinates and supervises the work to be carried out, as well as the teams;Ensures the fulfillment of objectives, within the required quality standards, costs and deadlines;Actively practice the Eco-Efficiency environmental policy;Communication with customers for technical issues;Elaboration of technical proposals;Management of the Company’s technical database;Organization of environmental activities;Provides feedback on the performance of employees after the execution of work;Contributes and ensures that good working conditions are implemented and followed in the company;Carry out research related to the area of activity
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Degree in Engineering or Environmental Management (Preferred)
Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in a management positionHave a sense of leadership and results orientation;Good communication skills;
