Responsibilities & skills
Answers guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, room availability, restricted dates, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events).
Education
Handles all incoming calls and guest inquiries to in accordance with the reservations standards
