Job Description:Administrative Assistant (UAE National)Abu Dhabi, UAE Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Administrative Assistant to join our team! What You'll Be Doing:Assists with developing or updating reports based on team needs and supervisor directionVerifies data accuracy, such as checking supplier invoices against internal recordsDistributes reports, updates, and documentation as assigned by the supervisorPrepares basic correspondence and internal documents that do not require supervisor reviewAnswers phone calls, takes messages, and directs inquiries to the appropriate team memberSorts and distributes incoming mail and helps maintain organized filing systemsTracks office equipment usage and service history; submits service requests as neededGathers and inputs data to support the team’s overhead budget; assists with regular budget reports and basic reconciliationCoordinates workspace and equipment needs (e.g., requests for PCs, phones); updates internal contact directories when neededSupports preparation of staffing and occupancy reports by gathering required informationProvides general administrative support to the team, contributing to smooth daily operations
